Hi Coaches, Jr Coaches, Camp Leaders, On-Ice Helpers, and anyone interested in becoming a Coach or just looking to improve their knowledge of the game.

We are very excited to invite you to your very own development camp!

VRA has asked special guests who have played and/or coached at elite levels to come out and share their knowledge with you on 4 different topics, with on ice demos and opportunities to see skills in action/ask questions and make connections! The topics include offensive zone tactics and breakouts, defensive strategies, how to teach powerskating, and how to keep the fun in practice while building skills.

The sessions are completely free, but we ask that you sign up so we know who will be there! We hope all coaches will make it!

The sessions are from 9:00 to 10:15pm at Trout Lake Arena, Aug 19th – 23rd.  There will also be an off ice session on Monday from 7:45-8:45 pm to go over some offensive strategies before continuation of the same topic on ice on Monday.

VRA will be hosting High Performance / Zone Prep camps for those looking to improve their skills, get a jump on the upcoming season and get ready for zone tryouts. The camps will be open to all athletes in the LMRL region, so register early!

The High Performance / Zone Prep camp will be about teaching the athletes new skills, refining existing skills and challenging the athletes to unlock their potential. Each day will be broken into some skating such as edge work and explosiveness while skills will include defensive triangle work, offensive zone strategies, breakouts, man on defense and battle drills.

2024 Adult Evening Ice

Welcome to another year of Vancouver Ringette!

Registration for the 2024/2025 season is open for Youth and Adult players. Your early registration allows us to plan for coaching allocation and ice time. The season will start with skill development and fun scrimmages, working our way towards exhibition games later in the season.
